• All prices are net per room ( extra charges apply for phone and minibar )

  • Reservation are only binding upon receipt of the deposits agreed through our correspondence.

  • Règlement : The balance is to pay on departure.

  • No fee for cancellation received 72 hours before the arrival day.
     - Room and breakfast: for late cancellation, the first night will be charged for stays of 1 to 4 nights, 40% of the total amount will be charged for stays of 5 nights and more.
    - Full and demi pension : for late cancellation, the first night will be charged as demi pension for stays of 1 to 4 nights, 40% of the total amount in demi pension will be charged for stays of 5 nights and more.

  • No show: All no show will be charged in full.

  • Arrival / Departure: the rooms are available from 15h / Check out by 12 noon on the day of departure.

  • We reserve the right to modify our tariffs without notice.

  • Stay Taxe : 0,76 € per day.
